Julia Sniatynskyj is an award winning exhibiting artist from Sydney (Australia). She is inspired to tell challenging stories about people and the human experience.

After completing her studies in Fine Art in South Australia she moved to London to work in film and study Special Effects Make Up at Delamar Academy. She has since worked in various video production departments including; camera, lighting and art department. She is currently working as a freelance video editor while also dedicating time to painting abstract landscapes.

As a multidisciplinary artist her practice involves experimenting with new ways of working with dry and wet materials. She works with acrylic, watercolour, ink and markers, while building up layers with soft and oil pastels.
